Rail commuters here in philadelphia are finding fewer trains on the tracks and more delays, after septa derailed hundreds of rail cars because of a fuel problem. They found that trains running behind schedule this morning. Delays ranged from a few minutes to a half hour. Septa officials are urging people to use the truck or Trolley Service or think about other options until the rail cars get fixed. Annie mccormick has more from the fern rock station.
