In a disturbing turn of events, the doctor discovered bruises on the child and signs of Sexual Assault and arrested the childs stepfather for the crime and he was at home when the child was found unresponsive. He is facing a list of charges including aggravated assault and rape and endangering the welfare of a child and other offenses. That is cruel. Sometimes the person is mentally abused themselves and they dont have any sense of direction in life so they harm other people for their satisfaction, but its nothing but cruelty.
