This after five victims in Spring Garden and fairmount were held up by gun point last month, two in the middle of the day. 18th and fairmount and 27th and Spring Garden. That is scary to be Walking Around here. One crime was captured at 4 30 a. M. They approach the victim and rob them and run into a get away van. A shady sketchy looking gentlemen was patrolling the area and sort of picked a victim who looked vulnerable with a cell phone or laptop out. Another Armed Robbery happening here at green and 20th, making five in the last 30 days. Local artist Robert Woodward says that one suspect was so braise and he did it while he was doing roof repairs and he stole a tool while i was up in the scaffolding.
