Newcastle county police have charged a teacher with sexual solicitation of a minor, they say that 34yearold brian bud texted a 16yearold acquaintance asked him to introduce him to a 20yearold girl and that it was bud that met with the teen yesterday morning and asked to perform a sex act on the boy and the victim called 911 and is held on 50,000 bond and is on administrative leave from mckeen high school.
