In wilmington a pedestrian walking down tatnall street turned in the life saver after hearing a noise inside a home and it turns out it was a malfunctioning generator pumping out high levels of the carbon monoxide. It happened in the 2300 block of tatna all street. Investigators say that passerby called 911.
