Officer hartnett arrives for court today, he has had seven surgeries since he was shot and an eighth is coming up. Hartnett provided gripping testimony saying on the night of january 7th, he saw a figure charging towards him and firing away. It was this man, Edward Archer with a handgun, reaching into the drivers sit hartnett was hit three times in the left arm.
