Police sent the description to everyone and now the black ford edge 20112014 model similar to this one with distinct chrome lining under the window chrome grille and smooth front remains impounded. It was found in a parking garage beneath love park yesterday. Police say the 44yearold dartd into traffic and the video captured the impact that hurled the boy 15 treat down the road. The dash cam video was released by police in tucson and the police chief acknowledged that using a Police Cruiser to take down a suspect is not standard protocol. But it was safer in this situation. Now, right before the incident Surveillance Video shows mario valencia had just stolen a 3030 rifle from a nearby walmart. Short time later dash cam video shows officer dan rowan shadowing valencia as he walked down the street. At one point valencia fires the weapon. There are so many people around him as he walks down a street a gun fight would risk hurting other people and Police Body Armor doesnt protect them from that kind of weapon. That car comes up, another officer and decides that bullets wouldnt be as effective as a 2ton police car and as you can see there he just slammed into valencia who amazingly did survive the incident. Now, valencias lawyer says there was no warning no attempt at engaging in a conversation to deescalate that situation then her client was in distress and in no danger to the public. I find it ludicrous to say that were saving this mans life who is suicidal by almost killing him. I mean, he could have died. Its miraculous that he didnt die given how hard he was hit. A judge threw the book at 10 of the 11 teachers who were convicted in a cheating scandal in atlanta. All but one received jail time. Some received up to seven years.
