Its tuesday night and the big story on action news is the continuing fallout from disturbing events onboard 4211 at chicago ohare. The passenger is 69yearold medical doctor david dow. He is now in hospital being treated for injuries from being dragged off the plane. Turns out dow was convicted of prescribing drugs to a person he was sexually involved. The ceo changed his tuned to calling this a truly horrific event and vowing to make changes as lawmakers ask for changes across the industry and they are asking united for answers. Outrage continues over this video of a United Airline customer dragged out ofts seat screaming and left bloody. Some flyers say its all people are talking about. Did you see the united thing . Yes, i did. We agreed it was outrageous. According to United Airlines, employees on an express flight called for four people to give up their seats because the flight crew needed the seats. They were offered money but there were no takers. They picked four people at random but this pea passenger refused. United said the customer was disrupt i have and belligerent. Then today they said its never too late to do the wrong thing. We are going to fix whats broken so this never happens again.
