Crash took place at 4 30 this morning along 100 block of 52nd street in West Philadelphia a Police Say Driver of the lincoln navigate or rear ended a park police wagon. Impact pushed wagon in the patrol car. Two officers inside the wagon and driver of the lincoln were taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center with nonlife threatening injuries. Police say they found what happened to be drugs inside that lincoln navigator. The driver faces several charges including dui.
