Wednesday night, the big story on action news tonight is search for a trio of drugstore burglars, wanted now linking them to a slew of other thefts. Reporter jim, police say suspects are, responsible for eight pharmacy burglaries since march. They are hitting mom and pop shops not your Big Box Retail drugstores. On monday they broke into this pharmacy. You can see where they used a crowbar to break in the back door. The suspects are covered head to toe, once inside of the broad street pharmacy they used crowbars to rip off a door. They cut their alarm system. Then they go right for the safe using power tools to get the doors off. Sparks fly as the suspect looked for powerful narcotics. They got something to fit through here and then, this is holding out. Reporter doctor paul delgado owns a me owe pharmacy in kensington, same thieves are suspect of break nothing to his pharmacy last month. Again, crowbars to break in the back door. They methodically went for the secure pharmaceuticals. They are going for the the narcotics, the percocets, oxycodones, anything that they can get you high on the street, anything. We have three individual highly organized, and they know exactly what they want. They go, and they case out these establishments. Both of them were carrying crowbars.
