And parts of tampa bay with a half of foot of rain this weekend, causing a whole other set of problems. Last week alone, the rains collapsed the roof of this business. It dumped a lot of rain and maybe the roof drains failed. And a sewer line erupted. Estimated 300,000 of waste water has discharged in a nearby creek in florida. There is more to come .
