The suspect, 39yearold miguel zaragoza slipped on to the tarmac and stole a maintenance vehicle before he was caught at one of the main passenger terminals. Police say he was acting erratically, possibly under the influence of drugs. Driver fatigue is the suspected cause of a fatal bus crash in northern california.
