Chief Justice Roberts wrote there are laws on the books to deal with true Public Safety issues and officials needed to find other ways to keep public order. Martha cokely said the ruling would harm women. Now we are putting additional stresses on women who are really just frying to get health care. But the justices rejected the notion, writing protecting people from speech they do not want few hear is not a function the First Amendment allows government to undertake. Well, happening right now in the mountains north of phoenix, mandatory evacuations. A fastmoving brushfire threatening homes. Flames broke at noon, a heavily fortified camping area near pine top. Grew from 100 acres to more than 2,000 acres in hours. Thats more than three square miles. Crews on the ground and in the air are hampered by gusting wind. Well stay on top of this throughout the morning. A natural gas line erupted in southeastern texas sending a fire ball, nearly 100 feet in the air. Emergency crews managed to shut off the gas line. They allowed the flames to burn off on their own. One person driving by was slightly injured. Six people are dead after a horrific highway crash south of lexington, kentucky. It happened a few hours ago. Police say an suvlike vehicle heading north on u. S. 27, crossed the median and plowed into a southbound vehicle the same size. One of the vehicles caught fire. Centers for Disease Control say the one of ten deaths, of working aged americans was caused by too much booze.
