The the man charged with the ab kicking a philadelphia with man and taking her to maryland has an appearance in federal court. Delvin barnes spent the the night in the philadelphia Detention Center after being brought babbling from virginia where he faced similar charges. A police found both of them, three days later. All right. Lets get a forecast with katie on our transition day. We are getting to the 60s, right. We will still warm things up here for yet another day, erika, you are right but because it is transition day this is not going to be a bright sunny day like the last two have have been. Now when we got to storm scan three you do not necessarily see much but is there a very, thin, veil of gray that is showing up, and that is your fog. And because it is so low to the ground it is really messing with our visibility. Creating problems all morning long for travelers, it will eventually turn breezy and brighter, with time, we have the chance to warm up yet again in the mid 60s but thinks the last time, you may see those kind of temperatures for the year, so enjoy it while you can. 38 degrees under clear skies tonight, those turning colder and then as a result tomorrow, we will not break the 40s. It looks like that will be a running theme for quite a while. We are tracking potential for a new storm system into early next week. Vittoria, over to you. Thanks, katie. Good morning. We have rush hour all over, so the schuylkill, i95, pennsylvania turnpike this is 76 right at city line avenue. Not great. You can see.
