Reporter they said the Transportation Office could not let the parents know because the substitute driver didnt have a roster with the parents. A mechanic couldnt fix it. A second bus arrived. Around 5 45 a third bus arrived and the parents were taken home. 8 30. The district said the students were never without heat.
