Jen around 8 30, a woman walking her dog noticed a man stealing a bicycle from the home of her cleveland avenue home. Not wanting him to get away with it, she jumped into her car to go after him but the situation escalated when the suspect then carjacked her. He actually ran into her with her own car in the process. The victim was transported to the hospital as she received nonlife threatening injuries, we have heard. At this point, Cleveland Police did catch the suspect soon after he crashed the womans car and he is in custody now. C. P. D. Is investigating this as a carjacking and assault and i information here.
