According to officers this started at the lowes which is on the other side of this street here. Thats where the suspect was found by p they got a tip he was a wanted felon. An officer went to question him. At the time he gave them a fake name. Thats when another officer came in for a backup parking a motorcycle in boxing in the suspect in and the suspect backed his car up into the motorcycle as you have seen in this video here. Thats when he also hit one of the officers. That officer hit i am told has a minor injury and the suspect involved in this scene tonight has died. The police chief here told us both officers are veteran Police Officers. Right now all of this is under investigation. The suspects name is not released and we continue to get answers in willoughby. It was in a storage closet. Denise zarrella is getting answers for parents. The moments leading up to that alleged Sexual Assault were captured on Police Surveillance tape. From what they know so far it appears this attack may have been planned. It was inside this temporary building that houses Cleveland Heights high school that a had been sexually assaulted. Police say the attack happened inside a storage closet near the boys locker room. Three young men are being investigated facing Sexual Assault, rape, kidnapping and gross sexual imposition charges. Police say the Sexual Assault appeared to have been planned. School officials released a statement saying we are aware of the incident and currently conducting an investigation in conjunction with the University Heights police department. The students in question have been suspended indefinitely until the their action is complete. The School District takes this matter very seriously and we are cooperating with police in order to ensure the matter is investigated thoroughly. This is this is 20yearold Daveion Perry in court charged in the shooting death of 15yearold sunny patel friday night working at the mr. Hero restaurant in Cleveland Heights. Patel was struck in police put out this surveillance video, this picture of him robbing the mr. Hero. A couple of days later he was spotted by Cleveland Heights police. The male was wearing the identical clothing worn by the suspect in the previous two robberies. The suspect exited through the front door of the store with the gun in his hands. Despite multiple verbal commands to stop, the male continued to flee from officers and ran east oberlin. However, within minutes officers were able to surround the area and located the male hiding in a garage. The Daveion Perry is charged with one count of aggravated murder, two counts of robbery and kidnapping and two counts of felonious assault. Perry is held on 1 million bond.
