Three bombs killed at least 31 people and injured about 250 others. The first victim to be identified is this lady of peru. She was at the airport with her husband and her twin daughters. We have been garbage trucks taking their daily routes and cars on the streets and people walking on the sidewalks and buses packed with people heading to work.
