Instead the company today chose wilmington, delaware, where its headquarters is already located. But most of the 26hundred jobs in johnston should be the Iowa Economic Development authority awarded 16 Million Dollars in incentives to dowdupont, and the city of johnston kicked in a Million Dollars more. Dowdupont says no matter what, about 10 percent of jobs are being trimmed globally as part of the streamlining of the merger. See some more loss of jobs in short term.
