Developing, a man is gunned down inside of a gated community in orange county. The shooter out there on the run, right now and investigators say it happened last night at the Cypress Point apartments, just off of obt. Police say a 22yearold man was shot and killed, investigators say they are working on getting the description of the suspect amy deltona siblings two siblings accused of stealing money from a girl scout will go before a judge. Investigators say the two turned themselves in to deputies yesterday. Investigators say it happened last sunday, in front of the walmart in deltona. Deputies say the girl was selling Girl Scout Cookies when they snatched her money box that contained 200. They are scheduled to make first appearances later today. Lake county deputies arrest a motorcyclist accused of daredevil stunts which they say put other lives in danger. The Lake County Sheriffs Office says Christopher Clark taunted a deputy on a motorcycle, by driving erratically. The deputy tried to run the license plate and was bent in a way it couldnt be read clearly. When deputies say clark sped off. Investigators say other Police Agencies had similar runins with him. He has been pursued by multiple agencies in reference to the fleeing and eluding and police and will come by and speed up and break traffic laws. John turns out the various Police Arrested him for driving without a license preventiously. So the deputy dug around on social media and found his facebook page, in the pictures, investigators say he was even wearing the same clothes he had on the day they tried to pull him over, arrest and charged with fleeing and eluding. Amy a man from Seminole County is out of jail after his sixyearold niece killed herself with his gun. A tragic story. Luanne this is video of Eric Williams as he walked out of the Seminole County jail last night. Investigators say he was babysitting aleatha burke and she accidentally shot herself. This is a photo of her, given to our News Partners at the orlando sentinel. Her family says that she loved being a kindergartner and enjoyed coloring with her friends and singing her favorite pop songs with herr classmates. Playing on the living room floor of her familys home in sanford and found the loaded handgun underneath the couch. She picked up the gun and that is when it went off. Burke was shot in the shoulder, police say williams was actually the one who took her to the hospital. Where she later died. He was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Heres what his mother had to say. Hes and in isnt person. They say he was a babysitter but hes a loving babysitter. Williams is due back in court on april 5th. John, amy . I was going into the unknown and never done before but, i had confidence in what we were doing and why we were doing it. John but it wasnt just about being a daredevil, right . The whole purpose of science, man had never been outside of a spacecraft in space, one of the escape from High Altitude and we were there for science, not for notoriety and records. Because of the spaceage was so exciting when it took place. It also paid tribute to dr. Staff, a visionary that knew we were going into space and sp did back in those days, it was a great program. Amy take us box a couple of years ago, felix baumgartner, you helped me remember the name in the commercial, made the same jump that you made. And i remember back then, that you had been in contact with him. Through the process. Is that right . I worked on that program for five years. I developed the checklist and the emergency procedures and i was a capsule communicator with him during all three jumps he made. I was very much involved in the that i set, 52 years before. So but he was a sky diver. I was a pilot and astronaut. For astronaut training. So, the difference between his 2500 jumps and my 30 jps i had when i made my jump from space. John wow. The news journal reports that county leader approved a plan at the meeting for the homeless facility for children and families but the council made no progress towards establishing an adult only shelter. The county is offering 4 million for the construction of the 250 bed shelter in datona beach. The city leader say they dont want to be the only ones who are paying to operate it. Wednesdays meeting, city leaders offered to spend 400,000 a year in operating costs, and county leaders call that move meaningless without a contract in place. Also, new this morning, Flagler County leaders are looking to improve student safety. Flagler, the new technology, is being created that will change the way students wait for the school bus. A pad will now be placed at some stops, showing students where they should be standing. The idea is to get those then put those pads in the an area where they are not going to be blocking traffic. The story kicks off the morning rush on this friday morning, a judge set the murder trial for october 10th. Last month a grand jury indict him on charges of first degree murder, attempted Sexual Battery and burglary. Hes accused of murdering ing ing a 27yearold last october. A Security Guard at the apartments where she lived. Amy Osceola County deputies need your help identifying this man accused of robbing a many golf course. Deputies say he walked up to the window of the congo river golf course and slipped a note to the workers demanding money and took off with the cash.
