Theyre warmer because of the southerly winds and the increased assume. We will see ceased humidity and southeast winds today, and well warm up as we go through the day. Kristin, breaking news out of ruffles this morning. It is being reported that police have now arrested the man wearing the white jacket on many of those surveillance photos at the airport. We want to get over to luanne who is standing by with the latest details. Good morning to you both. After a massive manhunt the third suspect was reportedly arrested in brussels this morning. Police say he is seen in this surveillance picture with the two suspected suicide bombers at the investigators believe the third suspect was there to make sure attack. He was arrested after police passed out photos and raided several apartments overnight. Now, the two suicide bombers have been identified as brothers. Officials believe they loaded luggage carts full of explosives and then hit the detonators in their gloves. You can see them on their left hands. And heres some new video this morning of the airport which remains closed right now. 34 people were killed in the attacks at that airport and several subway stations, 250 other people were wounded. Isis has claimed responsibility for all of these attacks. Heard gunfire and then screams in arabic before the blast. People was running, running, and we sat there like 10 minutes and we heard, evacuate, evacuate. When i go out i see a lot of people with blood and i just go just run out of the airport. Yeah, and all the building there is like like a chaos there. And here is a live look this morning at the memorial site there in brussels where a large crowd of people has gathered right now. Among the victims a peruvian mother of 2yearold twins who was traveling here to new york to visit her mother. Now we are also learning at least nine americans were wounded, including a u. S. Missionary who survived the Boston Marathon bombings in 2013. That is the very latest. Ryan and amy, lets send it back through. Lu, thanks. This is a Big Development on capturing the third suspect. Obviously there was an intent manhunt. How impact ful is this in the mission already. I think its a very good thing that we caught him, but i would also caution that we cant get comfortable with this. This is a very sophisticated network, ryan, if you just go back and talk through what isis has been able to do, talk taking over large swathes of land in iraq, taking over cities, conducting genocide. I think although a positive thing we captured him, we also captured salah abdeslam. We need to continue to press the fight on all fronts. We just showed this image of these men pushing the carts through, i was disturbed like be. It looks like theyre going to a Grocery Store pushing the carts undefect. How shocking is that. Its surreal, the level of they must be destroyed. We have to all understand that. To do it its also going to take everybody from our allies to our intelligence agencies to our local Law Enforcement guys and then also within our communities, we have to understand, if you see something, you have to report it, because this threat is very different and its a new front in this war. Is the glove a good example that now airport will know to look for those type of things and in the past they may not have thought anything about that . Yeah. I mean, its kind of interesting. When you saw the one glove without the and one hand with not, i think that i think that if it the the bottom line is if you see something that looks out of place, you have to report it, and if its nothing, well, thats okay. But if it is something, then, you know, thats a good thing, so resiliency, vigilance is going to be key as we move forward in this fight, ryan. The president has taken a little heat for keeping his schedule. He went to the rays baseball game for a long time instead of coming back to the u. S. Whats your response thus far for that. I would say this. This threat is going to take American Leadership to overcome. We need to step up. As far as what the president decides to do, i have to comment on that, other than america must lead and america must engage all of its powers as well as the allies to overcome this threat, ryan. Colonel, always great to talk to you. Appreciate you coming in. Good to see you guys this morning. Just a reminder, want to keep it here to fox 35 for the latest. Good news if you like it in the 80s, were going to get over the number for the first time in a couple days. It got really chilly last night. We were at a baseball game. It felt like it dropped 15 degrees. New from overnight. Weve been telling you about this. The Tampa Bay Rays pitcher saying they were stuck on the tarmac for more than six hours. They laid in cuba in front of the president and raul castro. They have just returned to the u. S. Alcides mcgee. Chris archer good morning. Yeah, good morning to you. Well talk about chris archers tweets here in a second. First lets talk about this enormous delay. They were sitting on the tarmac in havana for seven hours. They had some mechanical issues and at about 4 00 in the morning the second airplane arrived so the folks the lady raiders and the Coaching Staff and all the equipment was loaded up on the here at Tampa International airport at about 5 00 a. M. And you can see the team loading up on the charter buses. You can also see two large box trucks loading up all the gear they took to cuba. It was a long, long day for the Tampa Bay Rays and as we just mentioned a little while ago, chris archer took to twitter, making some funny comments. While stuck on the plane he says, quoted, we went from hashtag rays in cuba. To rays stuck in cuba. He also tweets out, the shower at the stadium in cuba today wasnt working after the game, so many guys havent showered yet. Considering they were on the airplane there for seven hours. No doubt this was a historic visit for not only the tampa bay well. This is only the second time a Major League Baseball team has traveled to cuba since fidel 1959. American president since Calvin Coolidge did it back in 1928. 50,000 people packed the stadium and they all cheered when the president arrived and of course the rays gave mr. Obama something to cheer about too. Early in the game the rays were up 10. He hit a shot to right field. You can see the president get up there and give the safe sign. You can also see he kind of look at president raul castro, almost looks like hes talking a little bit of trash there. The rays dominate this game 41. During the game, espn interviewed the Major League Baseball commissioner. He says he hopes the relations improve. In fact the commissioner says he hopes to see that both cuban players not only playing in cuba but playing in major league male. And of course with this visit comes political ramifications, what this means for the blockade and what this means for the cuban people is still unknown. Expected to be playing in fort afternoon. Theyre playing against the minnesota twins, but i spoke with the pr person a short time ago. He tells me the team that traveled to cuba will not be playing in fort myers today at 1 00. Instead the team will be made up of minor league players. The guys are wearing that just arrived a short time ago should have the day off today, so they should be in st. Pete by now in their car on the way home. Now. They need some rest. Theyve been in cuba for the last couple of days. I i have to tell you, alcides. I watched the game. They got minor league life. They may appreciate their major league lifestyle a little better now. Oh, no doubt about it. You know you know whats funny . So my family is cuban, and i have an uncle that lives that lives in cuba, and he was telling me this team that played against the rays, thats comparable to the yankees or boston, like the best they have so much history and he was always telling me, all of the country, all of cuba, and i expected this team to be a lot better than what they played. Lets just call it maybe it maybe they were just involved in the day and really not paying they were crushed. They did well but they stumbled a bit toward the end. Alcides great to see you. Thanks for the live report. All right. Well see you guys. A little bit of a delay just like the cuban travel delay. Can you imagine the players having to play today . Its a good thing they get the day off. They just need to shower. They desperately need a shower. We wanted to get over to luanne who is standing by with the very lu . After a massive manhunt the third suspect was reportedly arrested in brussels. Here at oia, things have been going very smoothly, but we have noticed an increase in security. Firefighters say up to 200 feet of the dunes were set on fire when they got to flatler beach early monday morning. This man was setting them and then letting them burn for a few minutes and then stomping them out. Deputies arrested munson. They say he claimed full responsibility for the damage, claiming he wanted to burn the grass away so he could see the litter that visitors had left behind. He planned to toss out all of that to make the area a little more presentable. Flagler county mans are looking for a man who posed as a tmobile worker and then stole cell phones. Jamal brown, hes from georgia, he went into the target store in palm coast on monday. He asked an employee to get into an equipment room there and when he got inside, deputies say he stole 41 cell phones valued at about 31,000. Funk you know where he is youre in Orange County they have big now. The county has hit trash haulers with 26,000 in fines just the last month. The county apparently upset about the missed pickups and other collection airs. The fines were implemented after they received thousands of complaints from customers. 444444444444 decide 2016, the results are in as the first round of western voters head to the polls and as Bernie Sanders ted cruz both picking up wins. In fact four people got wins overnight as did frontrunners donald trump and hillary0 clinton winning the key state of arizona. Although trump lost in utah. Actually took third place there. It is fresh on the minds of candidates for sure. I think he should head back to washington and he should solve the problem and you better get rid of isis quick, because its only going to get worse. Its going to get a lot worse. And todays attack underscores in chief who will call this evil by its name expugn alicia the full force and fury of the United States of america to defeat radical terrorism and to troy isis. I know people are angry, theyre frustrated and a lot of people, especially after what happened in brussels, theyre afraid. But i think leadership isnt about fanning those fears and that anger. Leadership is saying, look, we can do this together. We will stand as a nation with our allies and our friends and people all over this world. We will stand with them and we will together crush and destroy isis. Its amazing how one event can really change the tune on the political trail. Lets bring in political analyst carl jacksonville. Good morning. I want to get to the news out jeb bush supports ted cruz. I think its about three weeks too late. I mean, jeb bush, if he wanted to support ted cruz, he should have done it much earlier, quite frankly, but i guess his goal is maybe to try to coalesce delegates around cruzhp as the race goes forward, but i just think it may be a little bit too late quite frankly. And i suspect ted cruz would share your feeling on that as well. It didnt help in arizona. A lot of people voted. Lets talk about the big news yesterday. Donald trump has been big on this issue. Does it help him that we see another tracking on another issue that he said, look, basically i told you this was going to happen. Absolutely. Theres no doubt about it, that donald trump benefited from late breaking voters. The guy has done a master full job when it comes to media and framing his guy as the guy thats going to be strong against terror, the whole amnesty and immigration battle. Although it wasnt him who was actually the first to bring it in for the national forefront, that was Rick Santorum and rick perry, voice. Hes much better with media. Ted cruz actually had a better plan, because hes so bolsterous, when things like this happen, it helps donald trump and you have to give credit to the guy. Hes done a masterful job with the media and also he benefited not only from the late breaking voting, but he benefited from the fact that ted cruz still even though rubio isnt in the race there was 18 dead vote in arizona that cruz could have picked up. So with that and kasich cruz is still splitting the vote while donald trump is riding high. Obviously donald trump has a problem in the mormam community. What does this tell you . Honestly, donald trump is going to have a problem. A lot of people were talking about how donald trump is winning so many evangelicals, what they neglected to tell you is how many of those evangelicals are thats an youll thats lost on me. When you get to people firmer in their faith, donald trump is going to have a hard time. Where he benefits in the west accident even though i think ted cruz should probably doing better than he is, it is a fact that he is very strong on amnesty. Cruz has a better border plan quite frankly than trump, but it doesnt matter. Trump is able to package his border plan where it sounds strong. Lets finish with Bernie Sanders. He takes two out of three last night. He closes it a little bit, but mathematically still well behind. Man. Ive got to tell you. Hillary has to be praying and thanking the delegate gods, if you will, because those super delegates are helping her. Bernie sanders, you have to be impressed with the guy. I mean, its scary to me that so many people are ill informed that will voted for him. But the fact that hes arousing so much Energy Behind his campaign. That there are super delegates da back here. Thats for sure. It was great to talk to you. Thank you, ryan. Coming up. Dead fish causing a big stink along Brevard Countys coast. Today local leaders say they might have a solution. Were going to tell you what their plan is. Coming up on gdo. 7 42. Look at the beautiful sunrise. We promised you it was going to put the shades welcome back to good day orlando. Look at that. A view of the traffic this morning. This is actually not bad. Its moving. We have to look hard to find places. Weve found one for you there this morning. And it doesnt exactly go along with this thought. If you ever thought orlando the the latest report ranks orlando in the top 20 of worst traffic. Miami, tampa also on that list. Still holding lets in with brooks. Although weve got our announcer to do that. Were also fox 51, were also fox 35. Were global. Were going to take over. Good morning, everybody. Brooks tomlin in for jayme king and talking about spring break, the first couple of days this week it felt like winter break. Now its feeling more like spring, especially getting to will ramp up as well. Temperatures right now in the 50s in the i4 corridor. A little cooler north and west, but give us another five or 10 minutes, well get the 8 00 numbers in. A lot of folks will be warm up to highs in the 80degree range today. Humidity begins to increase. Last few days its been very dry. Well see the humidity increase with the southeast winds. Now, the weekend looks predominantly cloudy, very warm and humid and also wet. Significant rain chances every day, friday, saturday, sunday, maybe even into early monday morning with el nino remaining strong, not and that just enhances the lift in the atmosphere. Once again heres a live view from the eye at regency. Heres these are the 7 00 numbers. Not 8 00 numbers. You can see 57 melbourne. Same thing in bushnell. But everybody warmer than this time yesterday. And that trend will continue this afternoon. Today well make it to 80 degrees. Maybe some low 80s around Central Florida. Once again theres no cold air anywhere in the southeast all the way back towards texas and oklahoma. Temperature right now oklahoma city, 61. Its 55 in omaha. Omaha, nebraska, warmer than orlando. That will training as a lot of folks will see a return to winter. Today were going to see a lot of sunshine.
