to rob someone that night. crime and justice reporter joy3ú lepola explains one of the %-his arrest at the time.t forr3 >> records show john wagner violated his probation, fourú times in just over a year. he had violated his probatiin repeattdly. and in fact, there as a warrrnt %-he allegeddy killed 23-yeer-od stephen pitcairn. a young man that would have turned 22 today. his most recent arrest floorr indow, and detectives say the mother did it. a 21-year-old woman gave birth in an upstairs bathroom of this home in virginia avenue in reisserstown. and then tossed the newborn baby on the of the window. that baby girllsurvived theú fall. landing in the bushes beloww >> it turns out that one of the other residents that lived at thatthouse, had hhard a noise out back of the residence and went out to see what the notice ú%s and found the baby in a plastic bag. >> paramedics rushed the baby to gbmc where the child is underr3 doctor's carr but in the custody of maryland social services. for now, no charges have been filed. >> baltimore county police are also looking for a sexual predator in woodlawn. theee have been four incidents since june. a sketch of the attacker is plastered on mailboxes. in one caae he broke into a home wearing nothing but a t-shirt and socks. in another innident the female victim hit him ovvr the head and got away. >> as soon as i seen the picture on the come up with the sketch. >> princc george's jury indicts a maryland man that is a methodical serial killer. jason scott of upper marlboro is charged two counts of murder. accused of killing a mother and the two women were found inna burning car that was stolen. the killings are linked to a january 2009 slayyng of another mother and daughter. ttey were both found shot to death inside of their showers and thunderstorms down south of us. along theethroughout pushed through on sunday. and highhpressure is pretty much keeping it south. iitlloks like we should start the day off tomorrow dry. but there is a chance for some picture. in fact, we have high pressure just north f us. which is suppressing moisture to the south. sticking around for another hall day. east. wednesday late afternoon, and evening. there is a slight chance for pop-up showers into the evening hours. as the warm front pushes in. we will see the humidity levels going up a bit. but it is short lived because
