Investigators say it all started after the driver kidnapped his exgirlfriend and their two children. The chase ended around Newport Beach around midnight when the driver kept getting out of the hummer with the toddler but never surrendered. Finally, he put the kids out of the hummer and ran into the woods. This morning, police are looking for him. Deadly policeinvolved shooting that happened in raleigh. This Development Comes hours after Community Members gathered for an emotional vigil. Two investigations are under way. We are learning more about the officer who was involved.
