He was a leader in the Dominican Community and was always willing to serve others. When he came to raleigh several years ago he left his family in new york to help provide for him. Since none of his relatives were here he considered his co workers his family. About 100 of his family of taxi drivers honored him. He was a good father, good grandfather, a person that was always there for us. Reporter police have charged two men in his murder. The taxi to rob him. He was shot over 13.
