Russia is denying that their plane crossed the Syrian Border into turkish skies. Russias Defense Ministry issuing a statement saying theyre looking into the cause of a crash and reiterated their position that the jet was actually over syrian territory they also say that they hadnt heard from either pilot since but theyre using helicopters, too, we understand to search for them. New video of not only the plane coming down but video now of the search for the two pilots. Turkish f16s shot down a russian war plane after it said that that plane had ignored repeated warnings. There it is coming down right now. Ten warnings they say in five minutes to turn back. That it had crossed the Syrian Border and flown into turkish air space. Now russia says that plane was never in turkish territory. It says its looking into the circumstances around the crash. They are saying that it was syrian territory. Tracie. Reporter darlene, were now hearing from the director of the alliance against homelessness in Bergen County that runs what was a group home on Berkshire Road. That person saying that two people died inside of this home. Others were inside at the time when flames broke out just before midnight. We have video of thick, black smoke billowing from a second floor bedroom before midnight when all of this was happening. Several area departments aided in the operation here. We spoke off camera to a fair lawn Police Officer. He says that one of their officers actually tried to rescue someone on the roof of this home when all of this was going on. Very chaotic scene. I did reach out to Fair Lawn Police department. They told me that one of their officers actually did suffer a minor injury as a result of this. Its unclear how many people were inside of the home at the time, but we can tell you, darlene, Bergen CountyProsecutors Office now in charge of this investigation as the alliance against homelessness that helps people with Mental Illness or addiction issues says that two people that lived in the home on Berkshire Road were killed here today. They were pursuing a suspect and apparently they crashed and now were in a 1024 with a 1034, the person trapped.
