Do you think police may know more than they are letting on, perhaps knowing their id ientities . They very well might. Remember , we have an initial crime scene, where the officer was murdered. There may be a cigarette butt, discarded coffee cup where they could get dna. They could get fingerprints. This was a burglary in process they may have been able to collect evidence there. They might have information. This is a small community. About 10,000 people. Its probable, i think, that these are people from th community, in the area and somebody may know who they are. Do you think they are still together or would they split up thinking that was a etter way to elude capture . I would think they would split up since the only information we have now is two white males and one black male. Thats all people have to go on. You see them walking down the street there will be a 911 call. I think were they to split up, this makes it three separate fugitive investigations rather thano one. His 23yearold girlfriend nancy argentina was gasping for air and oozing from the mouth. She died at a local hospital. An autopsy found skull fractures and 39 contusions across her body. At the time snuka was the only person of interest but was never charged. That changed tuesday. The District Attorney charged him with third degree murder and involuntary manslaughter. Some additional witnesses came forward. More information was uncovered. Mr. Snuka wrote a book that the grand jury considered in making the presentment. Snukas daughter, herself a popular wrestler currently with the wwe, has not commented. Now 72, snuka said he was diagnosed with stomach cancer this year. Break it down because we are talking about a savings of hundreds of thousands for real . For real. A hundred thousand dollars for a single person. Two to three times that for a couple. And the mistake people make if they take it too early. This is your first tip. Delay, delay, delay. How does that work . Essentially you can start taking Social Security at age 62. For every year you wait until age 70 you get a growth in the monthly benefit of about 8 . A benefit thats 750 at age 62 becomes a thousand when your full retirement age of 66 or 67. Its 1300 by the time you are 70. You get that extra money every month for the rest of your life. Is there a way to predict what you would earn if you were able to delay . Yeah. Statement. You can see it at 62, 66, 67 and 70. There will be people watching who say, i already started drawing on my Social Security. Is it too late for me . No. You can have a do over at full retirement age. Go to Social Security when youre 66 or 67 and say, stop my benefits. At that point your benefits start to grow again. By the time you hilt age 70 they have grown by 32 . Thats significant money. If you are married you have an added flexibility. Explain how it works. Okay. This is a strategy called file and suspend. What we want people to do is get their spousal benefit every year that goes unclaimed. Heres how it works. Easiest to understand in an example. Your spouse is you have a higher earning spouse. A guy who is 66 typically. His wife is 62. At 66, he goes to Social Security and files for his benefits but he doesnt take them. At that point say they are worth about 2,000. She can start right then drawing her spousal benefits of 1,000 a month. And he doesnt have to get his. And these are his benefits. Right. His benefits just continue to grow. When hes 70 he takes them. At that point they are worth 2600 a month. It if her benefit has grown and they are worth more than the 1,000 she can switch and take hers. Everybody gets more money. I read this closely this morning. I still found it to be complex. What should you do . Are there other resources if people want to get down to the details . You are sleepy all the time, dragging through the day. Youre really not enjoying yourself. Youre just trying to check things off your to do list. Normally because you are over scheduled but you may be sleep deprived. Thats huge. Or you are eating erratically. Sometimes you eat erratically because you are tired and your resolve is down. Most of the time youre tired because you are not making smart food choices. I will show you a fun graphic. Okay. Cool. When we are exhausted this is what we imagine our body looks like. Things are happening but, you know, its just muddling along. Very slow and sluggish. We want to feel like this. Illuminated, invigorated, lit up. But naturally, of course. Yes. I will show you how. There are a few things. The first thing is that you want to incorporate protein and fiber into your day. First of all it takes your body work to break them down. Your body will get a jolt. Also because it steadies your blood sugar which means you will have more sustained energy. The other thing is you want to make sure you are getting enough ironrich food which delivers body. Poultry. Green, leafy vegetables. Beans, lentils. Try to sleep at least seven hours a night. Thats a tough call, especially schedules. Even if you can play catchup on days that you cant get seven hours, it will be worth your while. Lastly the glass of wine before bed . It makes you sleepy, but it leads to disruptive slumber. You wake up in the morning and you feel foggy and youre not top of your game. Every once in a while its fine in the evening to have a glass of wine or a cocktail. Dont make it a regular routine. Two sticks of unsalted butter. Feel how cold. Hard and cold. You want a flaky and buttery crust. Okay. This goes into the food processor. You can do it by hand. Takes three or four minutes by hand. Ill go that way. A teaspoon of sugar. A teaspoon of coarse salt. Cover it up and its just so simple. There you go. Once its done you add the water, a quarter of a cup of ice water to a half. No ice cubes. Be careful. A lot of people throw the ice in there and you have wet spots in your dough. Okay. After you finish that, wrap it, chill it, roll it out. Look how nicely it rolls right onto your rolling pin. It is easily lifted. This is a hint for people afraid of pastry. Roll it on the pin like that. Flour it up first . Well, the less flour the better. It toughens the crust. Put it into your tart shell. Is there a secret to trimming it . Of course. Its so easy. Double the size. Press it as quick as you can.
