Police confirmed to news4 that the four passengers inside of that vehicle when the driver was shot are all b ng questioned at was not to be a cab driver. The suv that police say was a livery crab crashed near the paper factory hotel. The driver had just dropped off four passengers. A fight started soon afterwards.
