That officer claims that a philadelphia starbucks refused to give him the code to use the restroom and he was in full uniform. According to the social media post, the officer says the worker stated in a loud voice that the bathroom was for paying customers only. The sergeants post was sent to Star Starbucks by a fellow officer. In general that people have the right to say that its for paying customers. So that it doesnt get out of hantd hand. His Social Security records have now been corrected and eric says that help allowed him to get his pension benefits reinstated. So, hes grateful for that and grateful to be alive. Announced charges in the death of michael dang. He was a College Student who died from a hazing ritual. Injuries. Suffered multiple blows to his body, as well as a significant blow to his head. The 19yearold was forced to wear a 30pound backpack, a blindfold and then was repeatedly assaulted in a hazing ritual called the glass ceiling. This all happened at a house that they rented for the weekend in the poconos. While he was left unconscious from the hazing, police say Fraternity Members tried to destroy evidence of a gathering. According to police, by waiting one to two hours to send dang to the hospital. That greatly contributed to his death. Nearly two Years Later Police in that town have charged 37 individuals, including the fraternity itself. Five people are facing homicide and manslaughter charges and others are facing assault charges, while 27 others are facing charges of hazing and kram criminal conspiracy. Michael dangs ke chael dengs statement. Michael was a wonderful, beloved young man and in his honor he family will also continue pursuing its wrongful death case against the fraternity. Police say inside that house they found fraternity paddles and bookbags containing sandbags, as well as marijuana and mushrooms. The investigation of a horrifying dog attack revealed new information about the dogs and their owner. Pice say on saturday the dogs owner deliberately sicked her two pit bulls on a man she was arguing with. They mauled him for seven minutes before bystanders were able to free him. Tonight were hearing from another victim of those same dogs. Mark santia is in the brooklyn section of the bronx. Mark . Right now the dogs are incor quarantine and the nypd has been called out five times in the last five months to this very address on allegations of animal abuse. The bloody attack in the middle of belmont avenue is disturbing but comes as a surprise to maggie. I was walking by the dogs and one jumped on me. Reporter maggier lives in the same building with the dogs owner, cynthia oliver. Olivers same dog involved in this attack bit her earlier this year. When you walked past the dogs, what happened . They s nt multiple letters and made calls to ask oliver to remove the dogs from the premsis. The Company Started a Legal Process to have the animals removed.
