The Interest Rate that the Federal Reserve raised is called the federal funds rate. Its the Interest Rate that banks charge each other not the rate that consumers pay on credit cards or home loans but those loans are ultimately influenced by the feds federal funds rate. Norjs, car loans or even your educational loans arent expected to jump quickly if at all. Its an existing fixled rate its just that its fixed. It wont change. Loans variable are more tied to if feds benchmark rate but thats Something Like a credit card or home equity line.
