But first, we have some breaking news in bedford, where police are investigating a bad car accident. Aithorities say two men were hit while jogging and are in serious condition. Wmurs Naoko Funayama is live with the latest details. Naoko it happened at around 7 00 this morning that right here on pembroke way. The joggers were coming up this side of the road, or coming down, and you can see that car there. Police are in the process of contacting family members, so no names have been released just yet. The driver of the car. The two joggers were taken to elliot hospital, where they are in serious condition. The bedford Accident Reconstruction Team has been on the scene and is continuing to investigate the accident as we speak. Preliminarily there may have been an issue on the windshield. That is under investigation. At ward two in manchester, the ballot machine stopped working, forcing ballots to be placed in a cardboard box, and voters questioning the going to put them in later and our vote will count. Ray by 9 00 in the morning, the machine was working, and poll workers were feeding the ballots into it eventually catching up. , in nashua the polls were also packed, which was great for Jaimie Teague and her bake sale. I got here at 5 45 to set up and it was all the way out to the street. This is the shortest it has been today. Ray there were two issues on erik fredricks mind as he voted. Direction of the country were issues important to george brizcky, but it wasnt just about the national races. The local elections especially, where we are at with our state reps and senate. Ray and then there is civic duty. Its such a privilege to be able to vote even if you dont like the candidates running.
