Police say the man entered on north main street about 2 30 yesterday afternoon, pulled out a knife, and asked the clerk if he wanted to die. When the robber started grabbing money from the register, the clerk got a stick and started fighting back. The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s with gray facial hair. Police are looking for a man that robbed pierres place around 6 00. A canine was able to track the suspect in to brattleboro before losing the scent. The robber was described as 52 and thin. A highspeed chase at epping at nearly 130 miles per hour. 29yearold Kenneth Coogan lost control, went airborne, and finally came to rest about 100 feet over an embankment. The victim, 57yearold paul gelinas was walking along main street in lincoln saturday night when he was hit from behind. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died from his injuries. The driver, 28yearold paul larkin, was arrested on a challenge of aggregated dwi. We know that people come up here whether you state, whether you are coming from other parts of the state, or whether you are local and want to go out to dinner and night time. The two men took off running. The left in full force. The police tried to warn by night fall they were freezing and ended up calling 911 for help. A s. W. A. T. Team found them the next morning. We knew there was likely they could not survive. Ive never seen two people happier to go to jail because they knew they would be dry and warm. Erin both were treated for hypothermia. Sean three inmates escaped a jail on friday. They managed to cut through the steel bars before sneaking through plumbing tunnels and ended up on the roof.
