Erin three people charged in connection with the overdose of a teenager are due in court today. Thatve tarmey died last month from an overdose of fentanyl and outlined the charges in the case. Ray brewer is live outside. All three suspects are set to face a judge. Ray . Ray eve tarmey died october 17th, found dead inside a of hotel room. Investigators say she overdosed on a dose of fentanyl. Now the three people who are accused in the death are scheduled to be arraigned. Police say eve was staying at the hotel with her mother, jazzmin rood and mark ross. Ross and ax berle is charger with distensing a controlled drug. Ross was behind bars on unrelated charges. This has hit people hard at spaulding high school. Data, rochester is one of the hot spots. We need to focus and community understand what they can do. Mourning. A lot of people have been getting more serious about drug addictions in the school. A cornish man accused of assaulting three people is due in court today. 36yearold joshua colby is discharged with seconddegree assault and criminal weapon. The judge said richardsons actions undermine the trust that the public needs to have in law enforcement. The man who admits to handling out fliers for the kkk in vermont including delivering today. However thats just one of three numbers the cdc uses to establish their estimates and the most rigorous places the number at one in 68. Erin Exeter Police are looking for the man in the surveillance picture. He robbed the Walgreens Pharmacy last night. A former Seabrook Police officer have been sentenced to 21 days in jail. Mark richardson pleaded guilty after he was shown slamming a man Police Department. Vending machine sean all right. I didnt think there was possible. Three people arrested in connection with the overdose death are scheduled to be arraigned today on multiple charges. A chef at the northern New Hampshire correctional facilities is accused of bringing tens of thousands of dollars worth of drugs into the prison. And Manchester Police tried to rob a shell station. Sean after yesterday we can only go up. Kevin couple of days of much needed rain. It looks like we dry things out. The temperature will push things up into the 50s. Three people, including tarmeys mother, jazzmyn rood were arrested. Ray joins us now where all three suspects are expected to appear. Ray thats right. Scheduled to be arraigned later this morning. Rochester Police Telling us there have been eight fatal overdoses. Eve tarmey was the youngest. Students and staff at Rochester High School where she was a senior Say Something needs to change. It is hard for the students. It impacts them a lot, you know what i mean . Ray on october 17th, 17yearold eve tarmey was found dead of a Drug Overdose in rochester. Theres been a lot of mourning. A lot of people are getting more serious about drug addictions in the school. Ing. Ray three people are under arrest accused of contributing, including her mother, 41yearold jazzmyn rood subpoena she was charged with conspiracy to possession a controlled drug and endangering the welfare of the child. The fact that it is the mother of the victim makes it more disturbing to me. the other two suspects are facing charges including dispensing a controlled drug resulting in death. Investigators say eve was staying at the motel toxology tests suggest she ingested a substance 30 times more powerful than heroin. Fentanyl is causing death. We are committed to bringing justice to those who dispense the drug. Ray they are planning new antidrug eventuallies to make sure another student like eve doesnt fall victim to the drug epidemic. If you look at the data, rochester is one of the hot spots in New Hampshire. Thats unfortunate. We need to focus and help students and the community understand what they can do to alleviate that. Erin an employee of the northern New Hampshire correctional facility in berlin is accused of bringing drugs 49yearold Charles Hanson has worked as a chef for 11 years. He was arrested yesterday following a lengthy investigation. Hanson tried to deliver a large amount of drugs to inmates. He was arrested and charged with delivery of articles to prisoners. The drugs the controlled drugs he brought inside had a prison value of more than 67,000. Erin if convicted, hanson could be sentenced to three and a half to seven years in prison. Police say the investigation is ongoing. More arrests may be forthcoming. Sean an alstead woman that is struggling with stage four lung cancer asked a judge to allow her to get a medical marijuana id card before the states dispensaries open. They ask for more proof that she would be able to get medical marijuana in a different state if she gets a card. The law in New Hampshire prevents the department from handing out the cards until a registered Treatment Center opens here. It is intended to be a very structured system. They want to be able to track where the cannabis is coming from, who it is going to, and to ensure the patients that receive it get a high quality product. Theres no question whatsoever that if she has a card tomorrow she could go to maine and get the medicine that legislature and the Maine Legislature have authorized her to use. Sean the Maine Department says people from out of state can get medical marijuana from the dispensaries, but they need to have an id card from their home state. Erin Manchester Police are trying to track down an attempted robber. The man walked in at 5 70 elm street and told the clerk he had a weapon. The clerk chased the robber out of the store. He was wearing a dark colored hoody with the white emblem. A salem man is accused of stealing wallets, jewelry, and other items from people at hampton beach. The thefts happened in august. 20yearold Ronald Brillon and another man items. He was arrested last week on charges of theft property. The other suspect, brandon strike viger, september. Sean people were forced from their homes due to a fire. The fire started shortly before 6 30 in a clothes drier at an Apartment Building on charles street. They found the drier burning inside a closet in a second floor apartment. No one was hurt. The Building Sustained considerable smoke and water damage. He was the man who was seen in the execution videos of several people, including two with ties to New Hampshire. James foley and Steven Sotloff were executed by him. An update on the effort to bring the man down. Good morning. Erin good morning. The pentagon is assessing the results of the operation against jihadi john. According to the officials, he was targeted in a strike. The british citizen spoke with an english accent. She was featured in videos that depicted the murders of several americans including james foley, Steven Sotloff, also two british aide workers and a japanese. They hope to provide more information later sean all right. Washington. James foleys parents issues a statement to abc news saying quote the huge effort to go after the deranged man filled with hate when they cant make half of the effort to save the hostages while these Young Americans were still alive. It is unfortunate the government doesnt get it. They think it gives us solace. It doesnt. Erin federal authorities are investigating a discerning situation. More than 20 airplane were targeted by lasers from the ground wednesday night. It was reported in several states, including new york as well as in puerto rico and canada. Pointing a laser at an aircraft is a federal crime. Already more than 5,000 reports of aircrafts being targeted. Last year there were less than 3,900 reports. Erin experts say hes suffering from something called conversion disorder. Internalizing the stress of being bullied caused him to have physical symptoms, including paralysis and loss to peripheral vision. They are helping him by teaching him how that talk about his feelings. Sean 20 of American Workers do take lunch break. Among the people that stop, 40 stay at their desks to eat. We start off this morning with what looks like a pretty quiet start to the day. We have the fair skies this morning. Were going to continue to build through the day today. Youll notice this morning we have the partly cloudy sky across the area. Things looking pretty good otherwise. A little bit of patchy fog and cooler air diving in. Eventually today well see temperatures back up into the 50s. Thats out ahead of the front thats back to the north and west. That will move in across Northern Areas with scattered shower activity today. Well be farther removed from that. We cant rule out a couple of passing sprinkles. Mid to late afternoon, the front goes through without much fanfare for southern areas. There will be a westerly wind. That will start to turn northwesterly later tonight. You can see through the great lakes what is it is doing as the cooler air starts to arrive. Were talking temperatures later on dipping back into the 20s and 30s. Some of the shower rain activity lingers through the White Mountains and starts to change over to some wet snow especially as you get up in elevation. Event in spots through about anywhere, you could see a light coating to an inch of snow. Temperatures in the 40s for the most part this morning. Were going to jump up into the 50s in most locations today. There are a couple of Higher Elevations and higher hill tops up above 50 Degrees Holding there. A few of the hold outs are the areas in the upper 40s and lower 30s. The cooler air arrives. High temperatures in the mid to upper 40s. For the rest of us, were up into the 50s. West wind fairly busy through the afternoon. 1520 miles an hour. Maybe even a few higher gusts as well. It comes with a blend of sunshine and clouds for southern areas of the state. The farther north you go, the clouds winning out and occasional showers. Shouldnt be an all day rain. The showers will be out there from time to time. Then the temperatures start to cool off later on this evening. We get later into the evening and youll notice the green here starting to switch over to wet snow as temperatures continue to cool off. The snow levels continue to come down from the urn 6,000 feet to 1,000 to 2,000 feet later on tonight. Then tomorrow, were talking temperatures up into the 40s. That will come with a north west wind which will be gusting through the afternoon over 1520 miles an hour. Still a noticeable breeze. It should be brighter. Mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will be making their way back entomb the hos to lower range of the 50s. As the system moves away, next system moving in now across the pacific northwest. It doesnt arrive until five, six, or seven days from now. Thats going to lead us to a mod rating trend. Today were up into the 50s statewide. Sunshine up north. Then tonight we start to fall back mixed to snow shower activity up north with clearing skies in southern areas. The extended forecast shows the bright and breezy conditions around for sunday.
