When police arrived, they say they were able to keep the woman on the phone and pull her out of a rear bedroom window. Times to make contact with james cunningham, who they say was inside the home but were unsuccessful. Police say the woman told them cunningham had access to guns and knives, and the Regional Swat Team was called in. Weirs boulevard was shut down for about two hours. Police say cunningham came out of the home. We were able to make contact with him and he came out of the residence, at which time he was not cooperative with custody.
