Court records say he initially told police the baby fell off the couch, then later told them he shook her because he was frustrated with her crying. Juvenile detectives investigated the case, they spoke to the mother, the father and after putting the pieces of the puzzle together they determined that the father was the most likely culprit to cause injury to the child.
