Tom a nursing assistant is permanently lost his license to practice in New Hampshire after he allegedly sexually assaulted an 80yearold woman in his care. Wmurs Heather Hamel live now with what investigators say a witness told them about the incident. Initially the board temporarily suspended his license but nows that decided to permanently revoke it. They typically, if they were going to revoke someones license, the opportunity, the door remains open at some point in the future for someone to get their license back. So for them to permanently revoke is an unusual result. Reporter we did stop by morrisseys home, however we were unable to reach and so far no word on if criminal charges will follow. Duven faces four counts of criminal threatening and one count of falsifying physical evidence. Police say the instructor did a good job protecting the teenagers. I think based on what i read in the reports that she absolutely did the proper thing, immediately fled the area. Theres no reason to engage in a physical. So she did the right thing and contacted us and let us handle it. Reporter duven was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in court on december 31. Andy hershberger, wmur news 9. Mike so thats a ways back, how many would you say you have on site here . We rooted about 40,000, over 40,000 cuttings, because these are all started from cuttings, theyve come from coast tarik ka, guatemala and mexico. Reporter how long do they take to grow . It depends, we have a large poinsettia in front of us, that one we started in may, so its a long crop. Some of them such as this small one here, this was started in september. So it really depends on the size and how long we grow them. Then they all magically bloom at the same time based on the short days that we get in the fall. Thats the key. Mike were going to talk much more at 6 00 including how in the world this one got blue. Thats right, well look forward to. That mike okay, sounds good. Also, where can you get them . Because you cannot show up here on North Village road and purchase them, you have to go on the spot, well talk about that. You heard about blue lobsters, josh . Josh not bad, mike, its that time of year. Speaking of blue, on the map behind me theres some blue, but dont get blue about it. This is last year on this date, look at all the snow we had, and too. These are the average snowfall totals from last year, the wednesday afternoon and evening into thanksgiving, you probably remember it pretty well, some of us better than others if you went a few days without power. But certainly a very different story in our case this time around. Were sinking down temperatures quickly, going to fall into the lower 20s in the North Country, already into the upper 20s and 30s and 40s everywhere else. So another chilly night out there with clear skies and nothing to stop that temperature free fall. However, as we go through the nighttime hours, warmer air start to push its way on in and that will help generate some clouds and there could be some clouds for a while tomorrow morning. Look at that milder air, its already streaming in this direction, and will continue to do so through the night and the day tomorrow and right into friday, which will probably be the warmest day of the upcoming week. Future cast, clear skies right now, as i mentioned overnight into tomorrow morning that warm air brings up a rising air which of course then condenses into some clouds. So tomorrow morning dont be surprised if its cloudy for a while, cant even rule out a spot sprinkle or drizzle in a few spots before we get into the rest of the day. Then a mix of sun and clouds. A nice thanksgiving. Although again some clouds to start our day for tomorrow. But milder conditions just in time for the afternoon if youre going to head outside and try to work off some of the turkey. Friday, big day of course, black friday, and so many other things going on, and that day looks pretty good too. M. , the nashua north and south play, and also gill stadium, big game at 10 00 a. M. , 42, 43 degrees, in that neighborhood, with cloudy skies to start that. Then on friday we are going to watch our next cold front approaching, it brings in showers, maybe a few mixed showers in the evening hours to the north and then they push southward and when you wake up saturday morning theyre slowly pushing away. So heres a look at the next several days for the holiday, and into the weekend as well. Tomorrow milder conditions, clouds to start and then partly sunny in the afternoon, milder on friday with some temperatures reaching 60 or even higher, and theres a look at cooler weather that pushes its way in for the weekend. Jean thanks, josh. And thanks to colder temperatures, several ski resorts will be opening just in time for the thanksgiving holiday.
