dumpster has turned in to something much more disturbing. > alley 21 year is locked up facing charges in a horrible crime. >> he admitted to killing mr. cody and cutting him up with a knife. >> we sat and watched it happen. it was creepy. beyond that. >> reporter: kathy said their normally quiet neighborhood was full of police. saturday a 37-year-old was reported missing. neighbors say that's what it got strange. >> the 21-year-old son, the one that they accused of murdering he was out with a machete trimming bushes and then later he walked down the street, down the middle with a pot. >> reporter: sheriff deputies looked for evidence in the home where the victim rented a room. family members said they found remains in the laundry room. >> i was looking out and i saw them bring a -- like a joint of a leg or something. >> reporter: authorities say it was a head and two hands. when they questioned the suspect they learned more. >> he further stated that he consumed the internal organs, specifically the heart and portions of the brain. the suspect then led detectives to a dumpster in joppa where they found what remained of the body. >> reporter: the victim was a graduate from morgan state. the suspect apparently was a former student. >> tonight state police have charged a man with videotaping several young boys inside the rest rooms at the maryland house and the chesapeake house up and down 95. we are live with that story tonight and why police could use your help in this investigation. >> reporter: police found 13 videos of little boys using the bath room on the cell phone. they are trying to identity more of them so they can put together a stronger case against the suspect. it's busy, every day the maryland house rest stop in hartford, the perfect pull off for gas, a bite to eat and likely a trip to the rest room. >> i stop here all the time. >> reporter: and debbi stop was her 3-year-old son on their frequent trips. >> you hope that the rest stop provides the proper security that is a safe place to stop. otherwise you wouldn't stop there. >> reporter: earlier this month this man, 28-year-old brian williams, also stopped at the maryland house and the chesapeake house. they say he used his cell phone to take videos of young boys inside the men's rest room. >> the witness actually viewed the cell phone videotaping -- he could see that obviously the man had pressed record and it was aimed at a 4 or 5-year-old boy. >> reporter: the witness called police who started the investigation and eventually searched william's home taking the cell phone. on it they found 13 videos of boys using the bathroom, they have only identified two of them. >> there is a level of trust and security you expect when your child goes in the bathroom they come out safe. >> reporter: state police patrol the houses but they are not on site all the time. for debbi it's one more thing to worry about on those long car trips. >> as he gets older i don't know how i will deal with that situation, especially if my husband isn't with me. >> reporter: the incidents police know about happened sunday may 6th between nonand four in the afternoon. if you were there during those hours you are asked to call police, especially if you are traveling a young boy or if you think you saw that suspect. he is charged with unlawful photography of juveniles and has been released when a man in a ice cream truck tried to lure her and a friend inside. the man said he would give them free ice cream. the girl's father said the truck seemed off, only a few stickers, didn't have music or a cut out to buy ice cream. if you see this kind of truck you better call police. >> new, a police are on the scene trying to figure out how five children were run over. it happened in the 2200 block of hammond street. a woman in a large suv was backing in to a driveway, children were nearby, the vehicle suddenly accelerated ran over the child. they range from 1 if a half to 11. they are all in serious or critical condition. the driver may be the mom of one of them. no charges have been filed. police are working to sort out a stabbing at a bar. it happened around seven tonight at the starting gate lounge on laurel. police say people were stabbed, a third person was hurt when witnesses tackled him to try to keep him from running away. and tonight police are questioning a man they say wave aid gun on the campus of unbc. they spent most of the morning looking for him. they say the suspect didn't threaten anyone, just showed the gun to a student who called police. police have not identified the man but do say he is a student. he has not been charged. >> new, friends gathered in townsend to remember darryl augustus. it was a individuall for the man killed over the weekend what that watches to be a domestic dispute. he was found in a burned out truck. the suspect found augustus with his ex-girlfriend. he turned himself in today. david stone, grew up to be a very home and drive 150 miles down the countryside to take care of mel's grave with his chill laying flowers. >> we have become very good friends. >> reporter: david knows the time would come for him to walk out his door and cross that very sea. >> one day i -- hopefully one day soon i hope to be over there and meet him in person and thank him. i probably would just hug him and say thank you. best shot, after 4:00 with the temperature at around 80. take a look at the satellite. you can seat clouds starting to close in but the real big headline, still out toward the west the cold front and it's firing off the showers and storms, out toward the west and severe weather. this is going to kick toward the east by tomorrow afternoon. the set up a warm front that's moving through the area tomorrow morning and then this cold front will help start thunderstorms going into tomorrow and some of those storms could be severe. 68roanoke. compare that to chicago. this is a pretty strong cold front that's pushing off toward the east and that clash will create the storms, storm prediction center in norman they monitor them and are saying we have a good shot of hail, gusty wins and dangerous showers in to play after the noon hour and into tomorrow evening and tomorrow night. heavy rain, could talk about localized flooding. then the better news by saturday everything clears out with a mix
