plot. >> yesterday afternoon, new york city police officers arrested a 27 year old al-qaeda police supervisor that was planning to bomb police cars and postal facilities and targeted members of the armed forces returning from abroad. >> he was arraigned sunday night in a manhattan court. >> our office charged jose pimentel for terrorist activities. >> she had been tracking the suspect for two years. he used al-qaeda inspired instructions on bomb making, particularly an article called "how to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom." officials constructed a bomb based on the instructions that the suspect had and showed how to use it. >> we think what set him off was the elimination of alaqui. that is what set him off. he was not part of a larger conspiracy from abroad. he represents exactly the kind of threat fbi director robert muller and his experts warned about. >> and as for a developing story out of california. two officers at university of california davis are on administrative leave and the chancellor is facing commands she step down over the officers' use of pepper spray on protestors. it shows them being shot in the face with the spray. >> up in philadelphia today, two men collapsed during a marathon and both died. of heart attacks. a 40 year old man collapsed near the finish line, a 21 year old at the finish line. both were rushed to the the north of bel air, into harper county and you will need the rain gear even as we extend you into tomorrow morning. as we go in the afternoon, off and on showers throughout the day. the highs nice, the inner harbor around 70, 69 in annapolis. can you imagine if we had more sunshine. the temperature really would have soared. we'll have more of an easterly component to the wind tomorrow, we'll be in the 50s, the cloud cover will be around keeping the clouds, keeping the sunshine and the temperatures down. so as we look at the satellite and radar you can see this is working its way toward the east, toward us. as we go through the rest of the evening, we have a cold front, that's the culprit as usual, so this will slide in here as we go through the next several days, but again we have tomorrow, we have tuesday, and we also have a chance on wednesday for some rainfall across the area. the future trend showing you what is going on, doing a pretty good job of it as we wake up tomorrow morning, we'll have the rain really falling. it will be a rough commute, make sure to take it easy on the road. we'll see more of the same into tuesday. by tomorrow the temperature will be 53. again i emphasize tomorrow morning on the way to work, things will start to taper off, but not ruling out a chance for showers in the forecast and see possibility for showers, the temperature coming in around 45. the clouds will be out there. we'll have to wait and see if the rainfalls from the clouds. here is a check of the 7 day forecast here as you break out the pad and pen. i know you have big plans here. we see the rain in monday and tuesday, and by the time we hit thanksgiving, we are nice and dry with the temperature coming in about 54. noise and seasonable, we remain dry with temperatures in
