packed movie theater will face a judge monday. james holmes could be charged with first degree murder which carries the possibility of the death penalty in colorado. police are not commenting on apossible motive but there's evidence of calculation and deliberation. leading up to the rampage. 12 people died and dozens more recovering from injuries hahned by what they experienced. >> i thought i was -- hahned by what they experience night thought i was dying and going to fade away. >> reporter: this is expected to be a emotional week in aurora as families prepare to bury loved ones. the morning. and at least 11 people are dead after a pickup truck left the highway and crashed into a tree. this happened overnight in the town of goliad about 100 miles southeast san antonio. all the victims were in the same ford f-250 peckup and another 12 people were -- we are talking about 23 people 11 in one car alone. they are dead. some have life-threatening injuries. the decision from the care. her mom quit her full time job to take care of simone but that hasn't been enough. they rely on government aide like medicaid and she has doctors visits and therapy and her parents are going to certainly dangerous lightning. and all the humidity will trying earth lightning. future trend shows temperatures around 88 degrees on the way from 91 for the two degree guarantee. this one model says most of the action is towards the north. i think it will be a start for maryland going into the course of the afternoon. only down to 78 at midnight and dropping to probably 75 and then we are up into the 90s as we head into tomorrow afternoon. the best shot of storms will be well down towards the south and to the east of the cold front that will sag through. so we will be watching the storms. right now indications are there will be -- they will be strong to perhaps locally severe. in terms of the forecast today, 91 degrees. humid sunshine. there are real feel numbers into the 70s with after the noon storms developing. tonight going down to around 73. early storms and muggy and warm. here's seven-day forecast. really, not bad. the seven-day forecast unsettled it will be the theme. 91 with humidity today. tomorrow starting out humid but we will dry things out. look at the forecast, 95 on tuesday. it's a by phut dale -- beautiful day on wednesday. here comes humidity once again
