where 60 people have been working overnight, they're working in 12 hours staggered shifts taking phone calls from people still in the dark. we're at 30,000 customers for bge, 1.2 million phone calls they're been taking since saturday morning. rachel joins us once again. >> we have over 4600 people that are currently engaged in storm restoration. >> reporter: and you've had more coming in. >> we have about 200 additional people. they started arriving in our service territory yesterday. >> reporter: the representatives you have here they are working around the clock once again and this is something i would think would be important that bge relates to their customers, this is not something you have been waiting around for. >> we've increased our call staffing since friday. our cool center has fielded more than 1.2 million calls since friday. >> when people call in with concerns and complaints, when you see the people working in these key i don't -- kiosksings. >> we want to make sure they have the information they need. take a look at the damage outside your house, if you see a downed wire or a tree on that wire, make sure you're relaying that information to a customer rep so they can get the right information to the crews. >> reporter: one of the things you just pointed out with the trees and wire, it's chicken and egg, they want the tree gone and the wire restored, there's something that needs to be stressed with bge, you're not a tree removal service. >> we have tree crews that travel with our overhead utility crews so if there is a tree on a wire, we have a
