north bend drive and desalles road. >> reporter: it happened on january 18th in the middle of a neighborhood, during the time that a lot of people were getting off rough work. police say the 16-year-old girl was walk near north bend at about 5:45 on the evening of january 18th. that's when they say two men in a dark colored four-door car with tinted windows grabbed her off the street. the girl was shaimented by both -- sexually assaulted by both men and brought back to the area where she was taken. police are hoping someone may have seen something to help them solve this. >> we have released this information out along the catonsville area but no one has come forward with information. we're asking for public's help. the assault occurred approximately 5:45 p.m. >> reporter: this stealing, stealing from the federal government and maybe even his church. >> reporter: north east faith tabernacle church promises jesus is coming soon but for its reacher, the law got there first. the cecil county state's attorney filed these charges against pastor woodrow fannin of tax fraud and theft between $10,000 and $100,000 from the federal government. it was a joint investigation that came out of an audit which attracted the attention of the maryland state police and the social security administration's office of the inspector's general. details of the tax fraud will be scarce until fannin is arraigned on the charges later this month. fannin was served his papers on friday after a nearly year long investigation but that doesn't come as a surprise to many members of this small church. >> as a trustee you're looking at the books and it didn't look right to you. >> no, it didn't. >> reporter: vaughn smith said he couldn't make sense of the money trail and when he started to ask questions, pastor fannin threw him and other members out of the church. it has resulted in a separate civil suit to bring a restraining order. some believe fannin has been bilkinged church for four years now and want it and its finances turned back over to the members. >> things were just wrong and we knew it, so the trustees went and got an attorney. this is what this has come down to. >> reporter: we could not reach pastor fannin for comment in his home. his church kicked us off the property and calls to his thorn were also not answered. but as former members of his church put it, it's not our microphone fannin needs to answer to. >> it can be judged here on earth and prosecuted and whatever many. but he still has to stand before god. that's when he will really pay the black voter turnout telling supporters of governor martin o'malley and barack obama not to worry because the two had won. henson maintains he does not believe the calls were illegal. senator ben historic clifton mansion, the summer home of johns hopkins. the preservation act would increase the current tax credit. it could also preserve and rehabilitate small historic sites it. would help
