The driver stayed on the scene but right now theres no word on whether or not charges will be filed. It was broken by our investigators. School bus drivers running red lights in Baltimore City. A 16 yearly shot a classmate with a 12 gauge shotgun. Before things spiraled out of control the teacher talked the student into giving up the shotgun. Parents and students say they believe the boy was being bullied last year he was kicked out of school. He had a hit list of two he wanted to kill.
