The 7monthold boy was thrown out of his car seat and, a woman in the back seat, is currently in Critical Condition. A man sitting in the front was talking an alert at the scene. Mark information about a deadly crash between a school bus in an suv that happened monday morning. Police say the bus was stopped to pick up kids when it was rearended by the suv. This crash happened yesterday at about 2 30 in fort thomas on 275 just east of the 471 exit. Sedan ran off the right side of 275 eastbound and rolled several times. Three people were thrown out of the car, including the 7monthold baby boy. A witness says the baby flew 30 feet into the air. Inside the car, police found needles, and they tell us the driver had track marks. At last check, that baby is still in Critical Condition. Also a woman in the backseat with the baby boy is also in Critical Condition. Connection is to the adults who were in the vehicle to the baby. We will keep working to get more information for you. The person s face was covered with a garbage bag, so it s hard to make out any features of the suspect. Police say the robber did have a weapon, but no one was hurt. Lisa a jury trial is expected to begin today for the man at the center of a 20hour swat standoff in latonia. 43yearold Michael Vaughan faces attempted murder charges after allegedly shooting at police back in december of 2013. He was shot in the arm before finally surrendering. Vaughan is a military veteran who claims to suffer from posttraumatic stress disorder. He says police say his he held his 3 children inside that home for several hours. Mark a major step forward today in restoring the historic rabbit hash general store after fire destroyed it. It seems more likely today it will be rebuilt after this big donation that will be made. Fire ripped through the building, which has stood on this spot for more than 175 years. Crews worked to save it, but there was little that could be done. The fire was devastating. The community has vowed to rebuild the rabbit hash general store, and today they will get some help today. Duke energy will donate 25,000 to the Rabbit Hash Historical Society s efforts to rebuild the general store. They plan to reconstruct it to resemble the original as closely as possible. City officials were concerned about traffic and parking problems, and as a result, sales of the market took a hit. The Group Friends of the loveland Farmers Market presented a plan to deal with these issues. They say city council refuses to evaluate the plan. At the last council meeting, supporters exceeded maximum occupancy in city hall and they spilled into the lobby. They are hoping to repeat that showing tonight. Three people were thrown out of the car including the driver. , the driver died. A 7monthold baby boy was also ejected and is in Critical Condition. A woman who was in the backseat with him is in Critical Condition. And a man riding in the front passenger seat was alert and talking after the crash. It people are linked to the baby.
