We talked to neighbors who tell us they heard the shots, then one of the victims knocked on Sharon Thomas door saying his brother had been shot. Thomas called 911. A second victim at the door told her he had also been shot. Thomas says she went out to the sidewalk and stayed with the victims until the police came. I was glad to be a help to the young man because if it was my child, i would want to whether they are criminal or taught. Lisa the two victims are expected to be ok. The suspect has been charged tampering with evidence. New this morning, the Justice Department is planning to review the San Francisco police department. Robert marshall has been fired from his job as the Public Safety director at thomas more college. He is facing the possibility of a lengthy prison sentence if he s convicted of three dozen child porn charges. We now know that it was marshall s son who turned him in. He contacted police after seeing images on his father s computer, setting off a twoyear investigation while police tried to recover deleted images from the computer.
