Andrew 58yearold mark huffman was driving when he hit and killed two people on new year s eve. Huffman will appear in court today on murder charges. Huffman has been in the hospital recovering from injuries. He was officially arrested on friday. He ll be in court this morning. He faces 20 to 50 years or life in prison if convicted. We re told she ran off the right side of the road, overcorrected and crashed into an oncoming suv. The man driving the suv wasn t hurt, but wilfong was pronounced dead at bethesda north hospital. Highway patrol crash reconstruction was also onscene. We know that highway state patrol says it doesn t appear drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash, but wilfong wasn t wearing a seatbelt. Dole is calling for a voluntary recall of their packaged salads in 23 different states including ohio, kentucky and indiana. The one person who died so far the Ohio Department of agriculture found the contamination at a production plant in springfield, ohio and says it is contained to just that location. The likely source in the outbreak in the dole plant is listeria monocytogenes that were brought in on the lettuce plants that were harvested.
