Ms. Rogers was told that there were too many overweight women in the store. Karin today a federal jury ruled in favor of the three women and agreed the fast food chain wrongfully terminated them because of their gender. Attorney kelly myers said during the trial the area manager who fired the three ladies testified he had not received any training on discrimination statutes or eoc laws while employed with chipotle.
