Arrest warrants indicate he took tools worth nearly nine thousand dollars from someone else. 3 deputies in buncombe county are investigating a bizarre theft at home depot on fairview road. Deputies say James Mayfield junior stole a leaf blower and then returned it for store credit. They say he then did it again with a different leaf blower a few days later. An Army Staff Sergeant is facing murder charges and a Virginia Police officer is dead after a 911 call gone horribly wrong. Officer Ashley Guindon was on her first day of patrol saturday. She and two other officers responded to a domestic incident that evening from the suspects wife. Officials say Ronald Hamilton shot all three as soon as they arrived. He eventually surrendered, but the Prosecutor Says he had officer guindon was rushed to the hospital, but died of her injuries. 3 she really had a passion to serve others, and went above and beyond herself. Hamilton, an active Army Staff Sergeant assigned to the pentagon, is scheduled for court today. Three people were stabbed and several others were arrested on saturday. Anaheim police are still looking for this man in connection with the stabbings. Authorities say ku klux klan members were confronted by several dozen people outside a park where the rally was being held.
