According to a search warrant, at about 10 30 wednesday night a deputy found joey butler unresponsive on railroad tracks. His aunt told news13 butler had been drunk and belligerent. Also in a warrant, in a 911 call wednesday, a caller reported a drunk white male around joeys age said he had killed somebody the previous day. The Sheriffs Office says they do not have a time of death back from the medical examiner. Thursday morning, relatives found terry butler dead. That afternoon, john butler tried to cope with two sides to his brother. They had a heck of a party, and my brother got killed at that same party. He wouldnt hurt a fly unless he was drunk.
