Richard oshields is charged with first degree murder in the shooting of toby mathis. Investigators say mathis was involved in the death of his son joey. Stroke and other issues that contributed to what happened. But prosecutors argue he took the law in to his own hands. He acted as a judge, jury and execution. Richard oshields fell in to a perfect storm of health problems, alcohol. A storm that led to tragic results. Darcel there was riveting testimony today from two of mathis friends who witnessed the shooting. Well have that live tonight at 6 00. There are still no arrests in the shooting death of a teenager. Police are contacting witnesses and collecting evidence. Officers say the safety and and family of the victim are of the utmost importance.
