M. its going to feel comfortable. already we have a clear blue sky, the last hour alone our temperature downtown has taken a jump of about 3, 4 degrees. thats where were headed. in fact, i think the clouds are going to stay away from the shortterm, at least the 1st half of the day, im tracking colder air to the north. you see all the pinks and white color tundra there. well, thats actually colder. it will come sagging through. its going to hold off until overnight tonight. today is going to be the last very mild day for february before we make that transition. already were up to 33 degrees. downtown weve bumped up to 28 for mansfield. 22 in dover right now. so its chilly in some spots, but overall, i think youre going to like the forecast ahead. about to kick in at 7 33. we have the moon view up, but temperatures are going to be clear going into the afternoon. not only will we see close to the mark, well keep temperatures above freezing until the morning commute and thats when things are going to change. tomorrow morning around 8 00 to 11 00, temperatures will start to drop, and that mix will be a big factor for us on monday, not only in the morning but in the afternoon commute as well. so for today, for your planning purposes, here is what you need to know. when you head out into the 30s, hit the upper 40s to near 50 degrees later on this afternoon. the timing is pretty easy to understand here with our future view. if youre headed out for festivities, no problem whatsoever. i think you will make it home in time later on this afternoon with no complications. the moisture does come in after the midnight hour, i would say between 5 00 a. M. and 7 00 a. through, all of that colder air is going to have an opportunity to swing down to the south with the next system. yes, it is going to effect us into monday and tuesday. temperatures are taking a really nice climb up into the 30s from elyria into downtown. were looking at the 20s to most of the region. overall, i think youre going to like the way today shapes up. with all that sunshine and winds out of the south, i think we get another of these 30s and into the 40s by midday. so heres what you need to know to plan out that day. this is really a super forecast were ending the weekend on a mild note. well get that rain well after midnight tonight. we might even hold off until just before the morning rush. tomorrow it will start as rain and it will mix in with wintery precipitation as the temperatures drop. hour by hour we look to sit into the 30s until about 10 00. then pushing toward 11 00 and noon, well bump up into the middle 40s. well keep right on going. the forecast is taking us to near 50 degrees. all of this depends on the amount of sunshine we continue to have into the afternoon. there are a couple of places that might exceed the mark. the clouds hold off until about 5 00 this afternoon. well bring in moisture after midnight. notice the temperatures after midnight, 8 00 to 9 00, were still well above freezing. only a mix and a slushy mess for the roads tomorrow morning. as we get into midday and afternoon, well transition it could lead to a little bit of accumulation. were not talking about a lot of accumulation. well see an inch or less, a few locations will be over an inch. mainly prone to be by the lakeside. temperatures push the 50degree mark later this afternoon, and well see the opportunity for a very cool forecast overall tonight. lets take a look at the Window Nation forecast. while today is a great one and a relatively mild one for us, cold air moves on in, and it continues to hold us for tomorrow and into tuesday. we could see overnight
