We do want to update you on Hurricane Matthew. This is a live look at beach, South Carolina with a system has slowly made its way up the east coast. As you can see things are looking pretty rough in that area. Hurricane matthew will continue to move north with winds in excess of 100 miles an hour. A 16 foot storm surge is expecting is expected to cause major flooding. We now have a report from charleston, South Carolina. Reporter cars were a rare winds and heavy rain pummeling the city last night. Many evacuated but those who didnt were on their own. First responders will not be allowed to respond in conditions that endanger their personal safety.
